A trip request is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after we send written confirmation and receive the required deposit.
Pricing & payments
Quoted prices may change before confirmation due to supplier availability, taxes, exchange rates or fuel charges. Any balance date will be stated in your confirmation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, health documentation and travel insurance. Please tell us about accessibility or dietary needs before confirmation.
Changes
We will help wherever possible. Changes may involve supplier fees; see our cancellation policy for the applicable notice periods.
