Before confirmation
There is no charge for a travel request that has not been confirmed.
After confirmation
- 60+ days before departure: deposit less any non-refundable supplier costs.
- 30–59 days: up to 50% of the booking value may be retained.
- Under 30 days: up to 100% may be retained, depending on suppliers.
Exact conditions for your trip will be included in your written confirmation.
